Join me as I Kickoff to a New/Better Version of Myself.
Summer Body's are HOT! BUT...An Optimal Body is Better!
For the next 30 days we will focus on getting our body's in optimal condition by committing to engage in 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity each day.
From cycling, dancing, to running, the goal is to get the heart rate up and get that oxygen flowing throughout your body more efficiently.
